Your Coswheel Y20L arrives approximately 90–95% pre‑assembled — the frame, motor, battery, and major components are factory‑installed and tested before shipping.

Most riders complete the final setup in 15–30 minutes.

Simple Setup Process:

1. Unfold the Frame:
   Release folding latches and lock the frame secure.
   
2. Install Front Wheel:
   Align with the fork and tighten the axle.
   
3. Attach the Handlebars:
   Set height and secure bolts evenly.
   
4. Install the Pedals:
   Thread left and right pedals to correct sides.
   
5. Check Brakes & Controls:
   Adjust lever tension and test brakes.
   
6. Charge Battery:
   Fully charge removable battery before first ride.

Once these steps are complete, your bike is ready to ride.
