Products

All e-bikes sold by FastrMoto are intended for off-road, private property, or other areas where higher-power motors (Above 1000W) are legally permitted. 

Important Rider Responsibilities:

  1. Compliance with Laws:

    • Buyers and riders are responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding the operation of high-powered e-bikes.

    • This includes, but is not limited to, speed limits, helmet laws, registration requirements, licensing, and restrictions on motor power or street usage.

  2. Safe Operation:

    • Riders must operate e-bikes safely and responsibly at all times.

    • Always wear appropriate protective gear, follow traffic regulations, and never ride under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

  3. Liability Disclaimer:

    • FastrMoto is not responsible for any injury, accident, traffic citation, fine, or legal penalty resulting from improper use, illegal operation, or failure to follow applicable laws.

    • By purchasing or operating a FastrMoto e-bike, you agree to assume all risk related to legal compliance and safe operation.

  4. Assumption of Risk:

    • Use of high-powered e-bikes may involve increased speed and risk compared to standard bicycles.

    • Riders acknowledge these risks and agree that FastrMoto is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from e-bike operation in any lawful or unlawful context.

       

Orders and Payments

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • FastrMoto reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or suspected fraud.

  • Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars and may be updated at any time without notice.

  • Payments must be made through secure methods available at checkout (credit/debit cards, PayPal, or other approved payment gateways).

Warranty

  • All products are covered by the manufacturer’s limited warranty (1 year), which typically covers defects in materials and workmanship.

  • The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, modifications, accidents, or improper maintenance.

  • Any warranty claims must be submitted to info@fastrmoto.com with proof of purchase and photos of the issue.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FastrMoto, its employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with:

  • The use or inability to use our products;

  • Improper or illegal operation of e-bikes;

  • Any injury, accident, or property damage resulting from use or misuse;

  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Your exclusive remedy is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the purchased product, at FastrMoto’s discretion.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FastrMoto, its employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with:

  • The use or inability to use our products;
