Quick & Easy Assembly

Your Ultra Bee arrives approximately 90–95% pre-assembled from the factory.

The motor, battery system, suspension, drivetrain, brakes, and electronics are fully installed and tested before shipping.

Most customers complete assembly in 15–30 minutes.

Simple Setup Process:

1. Install the Front Wheel:
   Align the wheel with the front forks and insert the axle. Tighten according to the manufacturer torque spec.
   
2. Attach the Handlebars:
   Position the handlebars onto the mounting clamp and secure using the provided bolts.
   
3. Install the Foot Pegs:
   Insert the foot pegs and secure them with the included pins/bolts.
   
4. Check Controls & Bolts:
   Verify brake lever feel, tighten bolts, and ensure all fasteners are secure after shipping.
   
5. Install and Charge the Battery:
   Insert the battery into the compartment and perform a full charge before your first ride.
   
6. Set Tire Pressure:
   Adjust tire pressure to your preferred riding style (trail or mixed terrain).

Once these steps are complete, your bike is ready to ride.
