Your Coswheel CT20S arrives approximately 90–95% pre-assembled from the factory.

The motor, battery system, suspension, drivetrain, and electronics are fully installed and tested before shipping.

Most customers complete assembly in 15–30 minutes.

Simple Setup Process:

1. Install the Front Wheel:
   Align the wheel with the front forks and insert the axle. Tighten according to the manufacturer torque spec.
   
2. Mount the Handlebars:
   Position the handlebars onto the stem and secure using the provided bolts.
   
3. Attach the Pedals:
   Thread and tighten the left and right pedals into the crank arms.
   
4. Install Accessories:
   Attach included items like fenders, mirrors, or lights if packaged separately.
   
5. Check Brakes & Bolts:
   Verify brake function, tighten bolts, and inspect components after shipping.
   
6. Charge the Battery:
   Fully charge the removable battery before your first ride.

Once these steps are complete, your bike is ready to ride.
